Adds two new WMST layers (our first timeseries layers :tada:): "MODIS Aqua true color" and "MODIS Terra true color".
ON HOLD for now because of an issue with the temporal range for these layers not updating dynamically. See https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/54043 for context.
