Links can sometimes exit the diagram based depending on provided criticality value or other inputs #310

"Everything in the diagram was looking normal until I linked ECMWF FWI to INFRA AEGIS that it started to look like this.... It has something to do with the criticality rating. When I made it 10, it made those weird curves. When I reset it to 5, it was fine."

This may not be a problem when we move off highcharts. It would be good to save this exact assessment in its broken state as a test case.

ECMWF = data product GWIS = data product INFRA = application

INFRA should show up to the right of both of the others but it's lined up with one of its inputs for some reason

Weird, two minutes later I went back to that link and it's resolved.
