In the demo, what is "src" directory for? #19

Building the app (actually running npm install does this, which is unexpected -- is that default behavior for rollup?) creates a build/ dir from the src/ directory, which only contains a hello world example. It looks like building does not affect any of the "real code" in the examples/ or public/ dirs.
