Does AON know e.g. what URL they want users to access the app at?

At NSIDC, there is hesitancy to create new URLs for new applications like we have done for ASINA, Snow Today, etc. in the past.

v2: Database-backed?

Yesterday we learned that we already run usaon.org so the above concern is moot.
