Vagrant up fails when the box local location is given in the vagrantfile. #270

I see below error when I run vagrant up with the box location mentioned in the vagrantfile.

"You specified a box version constrain with a direct box file path. Box version constraints only work with boxes from Bagrant cloud or a custom box host. Please remove the version constraint and try again."
