Some potential candidates:

libtweetnacl
libtweetnaclrs
libtnacl
libtnaclrs
tweetnaclrs
librednacl
rednacl
naclrs

I don't particularly like any of these, but (probably?) the string tweetnacl should be in there somewhere.

I'm going to go with tweetnaclrs for now. We can change it again if we feel like it, but I'm going to set it to something better now before setting up Travis-CI and trying to transfer repo ownership.

We can leave this open for further discussion on renaming.
