Add missing documentation to get test suite running and sample game installed. #142

Grabbed the package and couldn't get rspec tests to run without building goby first. It wasn't entirely obvious how to verify it was working without building an entire application. Reading issues got me sorted out. Adding to contributing documentation so next person doesn't have to dig through issues.
