missing file by setup.py --install

Got runtime complaint:

IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/kivy3-0.1-py2.7.egg/kivy3/default.glsl'

Manually copied kivy3/default.glsl there and that quieted the error.
