Needle Names/Order/Tandem issue #106

It seems this issue is being caused due to some incorrect parsing on the input functions. Basically, the needles come in out of order/incorrectly named if the Tandem is not the first needle in the dicom file list.

I'll look into the IO functions, i may have caused this error when doing the central channel axis import.
