Final steps for first milestone

I think we'll need to flush exactly how the cylinder, needle channels, and tandem are all positioned. It's the fine details you'll need to help me understand from here.

Cylinder:

• info imported from the structure file
• default value is 200 mm long
• tip (middle point of contour) and base (Centre of last two points) used to generate a reference direction and reference translation for the channels
• app pushes the tip and base up until the complete cylinder reaches the desired length

Channels

• info from planning file
• points represent spots where the radioactive seed is position and waits?
• need to extend the generate a path for the channel to enter/vacate the cylinder
• one needle channel will be used as an angular reference for the tandem, the point with the highest z

Tandem

• the origin is the base at the bottom
• and determined by needle channels highest point, angle referenced to 1, 0 rotated along z axis
• users can load a step or STL file and store it as a tandem

I've also started to implement my own camera controller. For now, the right mouse button controls rotation and left mouse button only handles selection.

Lastly, should we share it on the BC Cancer organization webpage?

There will be some issues sharing it on the webpage at first. BC Cancer will have lawyers and stuff looking into it i'd imagine. So i think definitely not for now. Do you have Fabolus on the website?

For the licence...I'll have to look into options. MIT comes to mind, just need to look into what it means. I don't want a company taking it and then converting it into a for-profit model without our permission.
