Remove Test Files from Github #38

These probably should technically not leave BCCA servers. It may be ok, but it's better to be safe. Please delete all from the github server and any local copies. Can keep a local copy on work PC in the same folder as the project by adding the folder to .gitignore

Done. Will need to update gitignore as well to avoid uploading these files

For unit testing, we will need some test data. A few dicom files to test reading functions will be required for that. The rest of the info could be stored as json files.
