General improvements #15

This is a PR to address a many issues and to get my own fork of this library back up to par with upstream. Summary of the changes:

increase minimum versions to Elixir 1.6 / OTP 20
add parsers for messaging_takeover events (thread control)
add sender_action (typing indicators)
add API calls to manage sender profile
mix format everything
fix all warnings
update dependencies

This project seems quite unmaintained, I can help maintaining it if you need me to.
