Some of our repositories have issue template, some - don't. It would be nice to have at least Bug report template which will contain a reminder that the user have to provide at least version of a product where the bug occurs and the language version that is used (if applicable). Some of our external users forget to specify the product version which may be helpful during debugging. Contribution guidelines are really good, but some of our external users don't read them.
