I'm always frustrated when we have hardcoded parameters on the website.

With https://github.com/nspcc-dev/neofs-rest-gw/issues/198 implemented we can fetch most of network settings from the REST gateway and use them. We can also make calculator_price_value updated on page load according (or setting fetch) to these settings.
