monitor: can't fetch 02a4da4d4dd51a682ab1a58caf0903361d3fd6b56622421d32bd140b37732c5cb8 geoposition, could not get record by provided locode

mona is downgraded to 0.1.0 now

RU VAO locode is missing in DB, indeed.

I confirm it works fine with 0.2.1
