Update components up to neofs-node v0.26.1 release #8

One command from manual didn't work due to https://github.com/nspcc-dev/neofs-node/issues/942 Maybe it will be better to update it directly to 0.26.1 then.

Updated neofs-node to v0.26.1 Mentioned wallet password in readme file.
