NNS `listDomains` for TLD or even `listSubdomains` #316

It'd be nice to have it for things like nspcc-dev/neofs-node#2224 (tokens may return too many useless things), but it looks like this will require changing storage schema (like reversing names).

But if we're to reverse names, tokens won't work, so it's even more involved.
