Update neo-go version #136

Close #135. Tested with new dumps generated with 0.97.3 https://master.ci.nspcc.ru/job/Contracts_AutoDeploy/165/ and dirty images of master neofs-node (NNS client update merged). I propose to wait for release and update both images and dumps in this PR.

@aprasolova could you also look on passwd.exp update? I tested and expect (pun intended) it to do the thing but am not completely sure.
