I'm always frustrated when we don't have any test for https://github.com/nspcc-dev/neofs-s3-gw/issues/1015.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a test:

initiate multipart upload
try uploading some part that starts from non-zero offset
see it fail
upload previous chunk
repeat the first upload, expect success
finish the multipart upload
