Do you mean all fixed tests (including fixed continuation token) or only cors?

Moved all fixed tests into a separate file, it performs the same function as @attr('fixed_to_neofs_s3_gw'), but it looks more convenient to view fixed tests, also it allowed to remove redundant neofs-s3-gw suffixes.
