Wa have a production version at status.fs.neo.org, but the repo is called: neofs-web-stat.

I suggest renaming it, to make it a standard name like send-fs-neo-org, panel-fs-neo-org

I'm OK with the change, but it needs to be coordinates with infra changes (events/pipelines).
