Windows 11 Mobile UI Scaling Bug? #327

Using firebird emu 1.6 on my Dell XPS 17 with a 4K screen, the mobile UI looks all wonky. I can't seem to get it to look normal. Has this issue been discovered before?

Apparently https://github.com/nspire-emus/firebird/blob/7b54e65057cf317aa845f620d3a88fb326203746/qtframebuffer.cpp#L45 is not quite correct on Win 11 anymore? There surely is a better way to handle this...
