Suggestions to improve it #12

1) Make /f claim a pillars system, the claims will appear as pillars instead of a map in the chat.

2) Make the /f who look less familiar to FactionsUUID (it ruins the 'professionalism' of the core)

I will update it evently when I find something that should be improved, for now, this is it :D

I've started work on the fmap improvements in a branch.

Regarding part 2, the /f who is fully configurable. Is there something additional you'd like to see possible with the /f who as is?

In the /f who i want to display something like: DTR: 2.4 (3 deaths)

DTR: 4.63 (5 deaths)

So it will display the amount of deaths left to get raid, for example if i have 4.64 and 1 death remove 1 DTR, if i die 4 times, i will have 0.63 wich is not raid, but if i die one more time i will get raid
