lookupd: support -auth-http-address? #243

I found anyone can create topic to lookupd server without auth, thougth i has config nsqd with -auth-http-address, will lookupd support any method to auth client request?

Please see the docs for AUTH support; The HTTP endpoints don't support AUTH.
