Possible error for desat linked to respi events for RDI in report SHHS mop 6.5 Data Processing, 6.5.7 Scored Sleep Data, as written on the page events linked to 3% desat would not be included in the RDI, only desats greater then 3% "RDI (the number of apneas and hypopneas per hour of the sleep associated with a desaturation > 3%)". I think that the RDI in the report included respi events linked to 3% desat, therefore it should be "equal to or greater than 3%", "associated with ≥3% desaturation" as written in the CHAT manual.
The correction would be "RDI (the number of apneas and hypopneas per hour of the sleep associated with a desaturation ≥ 3%)".
