Add Tags filter to search results

Essentially this will also contain a list of "Variables", though only those where the search matches to one of the Spout labels.

For the tag results, do you mean that it is an exact search on the label, and it doesn't include variables where the tag isn't an exact match? (But it's still essentially showing variables?)
