Show 35 datasets on /datasets by default #446

We currently have 27 datasets posted and the pagination is set to 25.

Bumping this up to 35 - also reminder to update the "1 to 25 of 32" text in upper-right.

It presently shows "1 to 25" even though 30 datasets are listed.
