Turn the analysis code into functions #30

I have been copying the same notebook to perform analysis on the different scenarios, at this point the code should be centralized for uniformity and testing.

This issue can be closed by a PR that contains .py files of functions that will produce the analysis we've been using.

I forgot that I had made some changes to the analysis notebook for some of the reactors, but not all of them (that's what prompted this issue)
