Rename used_mox to spent_mox #35

In the baseline_recycle_analysis.ipynb I was implementing the functions, and realized that I named the mox coming out of the reactor used_mox not spent_mox as the function expects.

This issue can be closed when the baseline_recycle scenario has been re-run to fix the name of mox.
