I think I connected firebase to use github for auth

• Added the firebase.coffee module
• Added the firebase scripts to the index.html file
• Registered our firebase app as a Github OAuth app
• Setup Firebase project to use Github as login.

Once app gets up and running I will probably need help actually implementing the Github Auth for a user - but all the infrastructure should be there.
