Mark movie as watched #6

Expected Behavior

When a user has watched a movie from their "watchlist", users can rate the movie to show they have watched the movie.

Actual Behavior

  1. User can visit their "watchlist" and select a star rating once they have watched the movie
  2. This will add the rating to the title, and move it to the "watched" category
