fix toggleStarCheck.js #10

Pull request to check toggleStarCheck.js file.

  1. git fetch --all
  2. checkout branch "fixToggle"
  3. open a new server
  4. click the star ratings and they should change to tomato red on click
  5. click more than 1 star to ensure its working for each star.
