now adding new users to user table in firebase

1. get fetch
2. git checkout addUserTable
3. hs -o
4. click the logout button first to verify there is no authenticated user
5. enter a new email and password
6. click register
7. go to https://movie-history-2debf.firebaseio.com/
8. see if your new user is in the DB (check the email address)
