Librarian: Check in a Book #10

On the view for pending checkouts, there will be a way to check in a book (button, checkbox, etc.) Once the check-in feature is activated (button pressed, whatever):

  1. the due date will go back to blank
  2. the checked out property will be put to "false"
  3. assess fine if the due date is greater than today
