GS-textSize: color transitions, text size, files to folders

• started readme
• moved the darkTheme js and scss to a folder
• added a button to the navbar to toggle size.
• applied dark theme transitions to buttons and text field
• applied dark theme to navbar by moving navbar background-color from class Kelsey created and into a new class to be toggled between
• the "Enlarge" button "works," it just doesn't increment the change. rather, when you press the button once, it jumps from 10px to 49px. I will work on this issue more tomorrow. going to bed now
