Move Link text over images on home #35

Story

As a user, I want to see the name of the nav links laid over the images on the home page and be able to click the name or image to go to a new page

WHEN The page loads THEN the names of the page links should appear over the associated images on the home page

Dev Notes

add position relative to img
put link names in a span and add position absolute, use top and left percentages to center text over image
update displayDates function and event listener to target class instead of ID to allow for click on name or image
