equipStaff delete #152

User Story

As a developer I need to maintain clean data and not leave orphaned connections in equipStaff.json

A/C

when the user clicks trash on an assigned equipment item then that item will be deleted from equipStaff.json

Dev Notes

delete already operational for equipment.json
update existing delete function to also call axios delete on equipStaff.json
