destination data for excursions #91

User Story:

As a user, I should be able to access all the destination data when I am looking at an excursion.

AC:

WHEN I click on an excursion, THEN destination data for that excursion should appear.

Dev Notes:

write a function called getDestinationById() that grabs all destinations by their Id and returns them.
