As a user, I should be able to add a enemy to a mission exercise.

When a user clicks on the Add Enemy button
Then a modal will pull up to add a new enemy target
AND the user will type in the Enemy Name
AND the user can paste an Img url
AND the user can select from a dropdown list of what system the enemy is located for the mission
Then the user can click save and the enemy will be added to firebase
And and an new enemy card will appear on the page

Make addNewEnemyTarget function in missionData.js file axios.post()
Import the addNewEnemyTarget function into the mission.js file
Create addNewTarget function in misssion.js file that includes Add Mission button element
Create Event listener on the Add Enemy button that will present the modal popup in the add
missions div in hmtl
Use a bootstrap dropdown component
Pull in the systemId data list to loop over and have in the dropdown for selection
Create Event listener on the Save button that will add the new enemy target the missions in
firebase the modal will also remove from page
Call the missionBuilder function to reflect the addition of the new mission
