Sc radio button fix #102

I was able to fix the buttons so they pull directly from firebase. I elected to go with a dropdown menu instead of the radio buttons for a cleaner look. The create and update functions work now with everything updating to firebase. If you approve and merge I can add this code in to my create and update branches so those could be good to be merged as well

Two things I noticed.

  1. When I make a change in edit via the dropdown it's only saving the first option 'Officer'
  2. We talked about the description
