User Story

As a user I should see the footer at the bottom of every page.

AC

WHEN I am on any page THEN I should see a footer at the bottom AND it should have a copyright symbol and the current year

Create footer element. it should contain a span tag with an id=footer-text
Use bootstrap class to fix to bottom
HTML for copyright: ©
To get current year (without hard coding) use this JS: new Date().getFullYear()
Create functionfooterBuilder - this should build domString of current year and copyright and then call printToDom function to print to footer-text div.
