User Story

As a user, if my dino is injured it should be displayed in the Hospital section.

WHEN I view my dinos,
THEN the dinos with 40hp or less, and 1hp or more, will display in the Hospital

Dev Notes

Create a dinoHospital div to display injured dino's
Check the dino's hp level when looping over them in the dinoCardBuilder function
If the dino's hp meets the criteria of Hospital, print their card in the dinoHospital div instead of the main dino div
