As a user, when I click on any of the non-social media links in the footer, I should be taken to a page that has info for all the footer links and immediately land on the section that is related to the link I clicked on.

THEN I should be taken to a general Customer Service page (unless the link I clicked is a social media link)
AND the page should be divided into sections that correspond with each of the footer links
AND my browser should immediately be scrolled to the section that is relative to the link that I clicked
Dev Notes
The page will be organized with anchor tags so that a user lands at the correct section
The page should not be busy or include a lot of images (if any)
There should be a contact form for the "Email us" section
When a user clicks Sumbit on this form, A pop-up window should tell them their message was received and then they should be taken back to the home page
