As a user, when I go to any page on the website I should see five links that navigate you to the different pages on the website.

WHEN the user clicks any of the navbar buttons
THEN I should be taken to the corresponding page
AND there should be one for home, inventory, about, order, and reviews.

Use bootstrap navbar tools so they are centered and have a bottom border on hover. Use hyperlinks to the correct page.
