User Story

As a user I would like the ability to add new holidays

Acceptance Criteria

When the user clicks the add button Then the user should see a form And clicking save should add the holiday to firebase

Tech Notes

holidays page should have a new holiday button
Create a function that prints the bootstrap form
The Bootstrap form should you have the following input fields: name, date, image, location and "Start Time"
