User Story

As a developer, the modal should load before the index.html can be accessed, and only verifying age should let me view the site

WHEN the site loads THEN the modal runs to verify age

Development

research modals on bootstrap
research modal examples online for age verification modals/other beer sites
create a function that builds the modal to the DOM (calling printToDom();
make sure that function is called globally an runs immediately upon load for index.html
