At news update #57

Update is working on news/articles.
This completes the CRUD requirements for News and closes #18

Styling changes:

News

Changed buttons from outline to filled as requested
Global
Added favicon from previously existing file
Changed name of app from Document to Nutshell (name in browser tab)
Changed images on dashboard from local to www so the paths don't break when hosted on firebase
