User Story

As a developer, in order to start the project, I need some initial code.

When the site loads, I should see a colored background And I should see a Bootstrap button, And I should see a console.error

Dev Notes

src folder with:

index.html with boilerplate
javascripts folder with: -- main.js with console.error
styles folder with: -- main.scss with background color change

webpack installed add links for front end dependencies api keys and api keys example JSON files
