feat(views): alter profile view as per revised design #4

here's a general mockup:

scrolling down here should just leave the logout option. the profile card includes minimal details as mentioned above, with the "edit icon" leading to another screen to edit profile - will be handled in a later issue.

the card below that handles the on-ground and off-ground hours, with an option to view the volunteer history. other than that, there's the app information which leads to the GitHub contributors for all subprojects.
