Thanks for trying to make it easier to get through these steps. Provisioning is IMHO a very, very painful process.
However: in this tutorial you assume, that one has a valid keypair on his Mac.I don't think it will work without this. The reason for not having a valid keypair ist, that for some reason it has become invalid or one has deleted it (especially when beeing in the provisioning process the first time). In this case all keys, certs and keys of the developer do have to be removed. And then the way doing it described in the video won't work.

Anyway: thanks a lot for touching the (painful) subject. Video 18 is great.
